Travel Package – Terms & Conditions
General Booking Agreement
By making a deposit, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirms acceptance of the selected package inclusions, exclusions, and pricing as detailed in the relevant package summary. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of deposit receipt. The bookings bind you upon confirmation within 3 working days.
Match Ticket-Inclusive Package Policy
Please be aware that reselling ticket-inclusive travel packages or any of their parts is prohibited. Additionally, ticket-inclusive travel packages may not be used as prizes in lotteries or contests, or in any commercial promotions or advertising campaigns. Tickets for general admission stadiums that are included in ticket-inclusive travel packages are only for personal use and cannot be used for business.
Payment Policy
Payment is to be made in CEDIS. An initial payment of either 50% or full payment is required upfront, with any remaining balance due by March 31, 2026. All incidental charges (e.g., hotel extras) are excluded and payable separately. Late payments are subject to interest, additional fees, and possible contract termination. The applicable US dollar exchange rate will be provided upon request before payment.
Cancellations, Refunds & Refusals
All clients-initiated cancellations are non-refundable, with limited changes subject to fees of up to 100%. We reserve the right to make minor changes without providing options, while significant changes will entitle you to an alternative of comparable standard, a price reduction, or a full refund. No refunds will be issued for unused services, such as hotel nights, not attending a visa interview, or embassy submissions. In the event of a visa refusal for Category ‘A’ destinations, you may be eligible for a partial refund upon submission of the official refusal letter: GH¢ 6,500 for a single-country refusal (USA or Canada) or GH¢ 10,400 for a combined USA & Canada refusal. No refund is available once a visa has been approved.
Liability & Protections
The travel provider acts as an intermediary in arranging accommodation, transport, tours, and visa services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, visa refusals or irregularity arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Travel Insurance is included in all packages. Clients are advised to review the policy coverage and may purchase additional insurance at their discretion.
The provider is not responsible for changes in match schedules, venues, or other FIFA-related alterations beyond our control. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements (passport validity, visa,
health regulations) for the USA and/or Canada.

Can I trust white Sand Travel Consult?
Yes, you can trust White Sand Travel. We are a registered and licensed travel company committed to transparency and client satisfaction. We operate in full compliance with industry regulations and partner exclusively with accredited Ghanaian and international suppliers for accommodations, transport, and official ticketing channels.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
All client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. Changes may be subject to fees up to 100%
of the package cost. No refunds will be issued for unused services such as hotel nights or missed
visa appointments.
What if I don’t use all the services in my package?
No refunds will be issued for any unused services, including hotel nights, tours, or transportation.
Can I cancel if my visa is approved?
Yes, you may cancel your booking even if your visa is approved, but please note that all client initiated cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of visa status. No refund will be issued in this case.
What if my visa is refused?
If your visa application for a Category ‘A’ destination (USA or Canada) is refused, you may be eligible for a partial refund upon submission of the official refusal letter. A single-country refusal (USA or Canada) qualifies for a GHC 6,500 refund, while a combined USA & Canada refusal qualifies for a refund of GHC 10,400. Please note that no refund is available once a visa has been
approved.
Is travel insurance included?
Yes, travel insurance is included in all packages. We recommend reviewing the policy details and purchasing additional coverage if desired.
Are match tickets included in all packages?
No. Match tickets are NOT included in our standard travel packages. They are only included if you have specifically booked a “Ticket-Inclusive Travel Package”, as detailed in the package summary. Please review your booking confirmation carefully to see if your package includes tickets.
How can I purchase match tickets if my package does not include them?
Match tickets are sold separately through official channels. If you require tickets, our travel company can assist you in obtaining them from the appropriate authorized source, subject to availability and separate payment. Please contact us for assistance with ticket purchases.
Can I resell my ticket-inclusive package or the match tickets?
No. Reselling any part of a ticket-inclusive travel package, including match tickets, is strictly prohibited. Tickets are for personal use only and may not be used for business, promotions,
contests, or advertising.

No, these travel packages are private initiatives organized by White Sand Travel and are not affiliated with FIFA or the Ghana Football Association (GFA). We operate independently while adhering to all relevant FIFA rules and stadium regulations, and we work through official channels
