What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Verve cards, Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo),

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes! You'll receive an email receipt immediately after payment confirmation. Our team will also follow up
with an official invoice within 24 hours. Keep these documents for your records.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, no charge will be made to your account. You can try again using the same or a different

Are the service fees refundable?
Service fees are non-refundable once the work has been initiated. However, if you need to cancel before we

What are Supplier Costs and how do I pay them?
Supplier Costs are fees charged directly by third parties (embassies, airlines, hotels, etc.) and are separate
from our service fees. These will be paid either directly to the supplier or to us for immediate transfer to
the supplier, depending on their payment policy. We'll provide you with a detailed breakdown before proceeding.
